Brewer Guarantee - repair or replacement
Your Keurig® Brewer comes with a ONE year manufacturers guarantee.
In the event of breakdown within a period of one year from purchase you should contact us for repair or replacement - details below.
Should your Brewer malfunction, we have a manned Helpdesk which you can immediately contact to ensure its not an issue you can solve yourself at home. If it's a serious problem, you can send the brewer to our Bidford-on-Avon depot and we will repair or replace the brewer and send it back to you.
IMPORTANT : Your brewer comes with instructions for descaling and the proper care. Please be aware that Keurig will not replace brewers which have not followed their descaling routine. Please view our on-site videos for information about descaling, and we recommend you consider puchasing brewer descaling fluid with your brewer.
K-CUP Pod Guarantee
Keurig® K-CUP® pods are created to exacting standards. You can view a video of exactly how the pods work and deliver such a great taste each time by visiting our 'Keurig Video' page.
Each pod is sealed to ensure the coffee stays fresh, and a 'use by' date of between six and eight months, depending on the type of pod. The coffee rarely goes off, but if you should encounter a box which does not taste as you would expect, you may return it to us. We will credit you with the value of the box off your next order.
As with all foods, you should keep your K-CUP® pods away from excesses of heat or cold.
K-fee® Espresso Machines and K-fee® pods are of thje highest quality and manufacture. We do not expect to see any issues with this most robust of machines. That's why we can offer a TWO YEAR swap out guarantee.
If your WAVE Espresso machine should break down, you may despatch it back to us for a swap out of your machine. Should you encounter problems with your WAVE, then please contact us and if your problem cannot be sorted over the phone, we will offer the swap. Please note that carriage of your machine to us is at your own cost, all other carriage costs will be handled by Stateside Coffee.
When you buy a Starter/Gift Pack from Stateside we will pick your brewer and your selection of starter pods the same day. If you order before noon (12-00am), your Starter Pack will be despatched the same day for signed-for delivery the next working day. Orders received after noon are delivered the following working day. Pod only orders follow exactly the same delivery schedule. Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Please note: If you or someone else at the property is not available to collect your pods/brewer, the courier will not leave your purchase. They will post a calling card and attempt to re-deliver.
